The role will serve as the central point of contact, responsible for providing client service & developing the relationship to achieve greater share of wallet by helping clients achieve their goals related to asset accumulation, preservation, growth, and protection.Core Responsibilities:- Deliver comprehensive financial planning and investment guidance, including onboarding new clients through discovery, needs analysis, goal-based advice, and completion of required documentation.- Serve as the primary point of contact for Wealth clients, providing a differentiated service experience and ensuring all clients receive annual reviews, proactive outreach, and ongoing planning support.- Consistently meet quarterly and annual sales goals by deepening wallet share, anticipating client needs, recommending appropriate Wealth solutions, and generating leads through strong partnerships.- Identify referral opportunities across Retail, Small Business, Commercial, and HNW Wealth partners, supporting integrated relationship management and maximizing client value.- Maintain full compliance with all federal and state regulations, internal policies, AML/CIP requirements, -Continuing Education standards, and risk-management expectations.- Demonstrate customer-centricity by delivering legendary service, modeling WOW-level interactions, and continually improving the client and partner experience.- Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and collaborative team culture by sharing knowledge, mentoring new FAs, supporting Retail training, and participating in community and company initiatives.- Manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment, maintain strong communication with partners, and represent the company professionally in all internal and external interactions.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
