This opportunity is open to candidates with approximately 1?20 years of experience, with expectations tailored accordingly, including increased ownership, complexity, and mentorship responsibilities at more experienced levels.Success in this role requires strong technical proficiency in roadway modeling, an understanding of DOT standards and highway design principles, and experience with cost estimating. Familiarity with drainage, grading, traffic design, and best management practices (BMPs) is a plus.
