RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
• Design & Analysis: Perform structural analysis and calculations, and structural drawings for construction projects.
• Drafting & Modeling: Create detailed design plans, specifications, and reports using industry-standard software.
• Code Compliance: Ensure all structural designs adhere to local, state, and federal building codes.
• Collaboration: Partner with architects, contractors, and project managers for seamless project integration.
• Construction Administration: Review shop drawings and provide technical guidance during the construction phase.
• Keep up to date with advancements in structural design and engineering technologies.

Required Skills & Experience
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil with Structural Engineering Emphasis or Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering with Structural Emphasis
• Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of Experience in structural design and analysis
• Software: Proficiency in structural analysis and modeling software, such as AutoCad and Revit
• Licensure: Engineer-in-Training (E.I.T.) certification or Professional Engineer (PE)
• Other: Familiarity with international building codes and standards, Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical abilities, ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team, attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
