Publisher, OTBI and Financial Reporting Studio. ?Lead a team of Report Developers in new report development, report improvements and maintenance activities to ensure internal customers financial reporting needs are fulfilled in a timely manner. ?Provide reporting customer service to a wide variety of business partners including the Board of Directors, CFO, Accounting and Business Operations, often driven by critical completion dates and quick product turnaround expectations working closely with Internal IT.?Deliver regular HCM reporting and analysis packages during month-end, budget and forecast preparation.?Participate in data governance, the establishment of new metrics, the management of reporting hierarchies, the development of charts and the mapping of reporting structures for various systems.?Partner with internal and external teams including system end-users, IT, and Finance to develop, implement and maintain standard operating procedures and also improve processes to increase operating efficiency. Build strong working relationships to structure resources and activities to meet business objectives.?Manage a quality assurance process for testing of changes, improvement and system updates for financial and planning tools to provide acceptance tracking.?Ensure appropriate reporting controls are in place to adhere to company SOX/ITIL requirements.?Present oral and written presentations to various functions regarding results and current/trending business conditions to foster the achievement of strategic goals. ?Develop strategies and direction for the development and application of reporting systems to ensure they support the organization?s strategic objectives.?Significant experience with Human Capital Management measures and proven experience working with complex HCM measures.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
