This is a 6-month commitment with 0 distractions - my client is looking to build out a call center of excellence which means? They are looking for a dynamic individual who has extensive call center... experience: 5 P's - Punctual, Poise, Professional, Purposeful, & Passionate. You are looking at high call volume center (60-80 calls per day), and you'll be serving as the liaison between the company and their members and providers. You will deal with 4 different types of calls including claims status, addresses (mail), repricing of a claim, and inquiry status. Having a level of independence & being solution-oriented is a non-negotiable, reason being in this center of excellence, they are looking to shave down holding times which currently sit at 11-12 minutes? there will be supervisors on shift to escalate calls but my client is looking for someone to be resourceful enough to troubleshoot on their own before escalating. This is a metric/performance driven role - your first 60 days is mission critical for this 6-month assignment, missing any training and development (which is your first 30 days - first 4 weeks) is not permitted only in emergency case. You will be evaluated during this time and any days off will be taken into consideration.
