Key Responsibilities:Pipeline Management & Tracking -Develop workflows and automation within the CRM (Salesforce) to enhance efficiency in lead nurturing and pipeline management through CRM optimization. -Establish and maintain a system to track leads, manage the sales pipeline, and report progress toward team goals.-Develop and implement strategies for lead generation and nurturing, ensuring consistent growth in potential client opportunities.
