The successful candidate will have a unique opportunity to contribute to the selection, training, logistics, and ultimately work management for a new team dedicated to the operation and maintenance of projects owned and operated by the company, with clear line of sight and dependable hours supporting long-term (10+ year) contracts and assets.The candidate will:?Assist in hiring, developing, training, and oversight of the newly created field services team, including directing work based on priorities set in collaboration with the operations and maintenance team, meeting or exceeding availability and performance targets, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards. ?Provide recommendations and assist in building additional regional teams as we demonstrate the value and achieve concentration in other regions.?Collaborate with and oversee contractor work where applicable, maintaining strong relationships with customers and contractors alike.
