Support, maintain troubleshoot infrastructure (Windows and Linux servers, virtualization platforms, and enterprise storage systems) on a daily basis? Ensure system uptime, performance, and reliability in a high-availability healthcare environment.? Respond to infrastructure incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventative solutions.?
