Job Description
Insight Global is hiring a Senior Robotics Integration Engineer to lead the integration of new technologies into full robot systems. This role focuses on testing and validating AI and robotics algorithms within full-scale prototypes. You’ll build processes for assembling and testing systems, making sure new ideas can be evaluated in real-world scenarios. You’ll also help bring together Robotics Intelligence and AI & Simulation work into working prototypes.
Additional Responsibilities:
• Lead the integration of AI, perception, and robotics software into complete prototype systems
• Build and maintain processes for ongoing testing, iteration, and validation
• Ensure new technologies are tested in realistic, production-like environments
• Work closely with Robotics Intelligence, AI & Simulation, Controls, and Hardware teams
• Oversee system bring-up, debugging, and performance testing
• Establish best practices, documentation standards, and repeatable processes
• Support system readiness for demos and final technology selection
Compensation:
$40/hr to $45/hr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of experience in robotics software or systems integration.
• Strong background in AI model deployment, ROS/ROS2, and hardware-software integration.
• Experience working with collaborative robots, sensors, and real-world task workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Excellent system-level debugging, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
