Provide support for in office/offsite internal meetings (catering, booking offices, technology, organizing badges etc.) across sites and remotely ? Enhance and follow processes to improve business efficiency and team collaboration.Required Skills & Experience:? Proven experience supporting senior executives, including C-suite, in a fast-paced, global organization.? Strong calendar management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.? Experience working across multiple time zones and supporting global teams.? Industry experience in banking, financial services, or technology is a strong plus.? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Zoom, SharePoint).? Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels.? Demonstrated ability to be proactive, take initiative, and push back when needed to ensure alignment and execution.?
