The Staff Engineer ensures all components work cohesively, meet specifications, maintain compatibility, and scale effectively across regional and global product lines.This position requires close collaboration with Software and Firmware Architects to ensure seamless hardware-software integration, alignment on new component designs, and consistent architectural principles. The Staff Engineer will own and maintain comprehensive system diagrams, interface definitions, and electrical architecture documentation that guide development teams across the engineering organization.In addition to technical leadership, this role works cross-functionally with Product Management, Customer Support, Operations, and global engineering teams to introduce emerging technologies, validate new concepts, address system limitations, and support long-term platform strategy.
