This role sits at the intersection of social media management, community building, and strategic partnerships, requiring someone equally comfortable thinking strategically, analyzing performance, managing relationships, and executing day to day.Responsibilities include:- Develop and execute social media growth strategies across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Reddit, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms- Produce, edit, and publish engaging short-form content tailored for Reels, TikTok, and Shorts- Create platform-native hooks, captions, content concepts, and engagement strategies- Manage posting cadence and maintain content calendars across multiple platforms- Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, viral formats, and engagement opportunities- Respond to comments, DMs, mentions, and audience interactions in a timely, brand-appropriate voice- Analyze content performance metrics and iterate quickly based on results and platform behavior- Stay current on emerging social trends, editing styles, platform changes, and content formats- Build and nurture an engaged brand community across platforms- Monitor brand sentiment and thoughtfully manage conversations in a regulated healthcare environment- Triage and respond to inbound from creators, affiliates, and marketing partners- Proactively prospect and reach out to relevant affiliates, influencers, and aligned brands- Build briefs, coordinate handoffs, and track partner activity in collaboration with the Partnerships team- Maintain a clean partner and affiliate CRM with clear ownership, status, and follow-throughWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
