An employer is looking for a Sr. Test Lead for one of our top Utility clients in the Nation. This role falls within their IT Service Delivery space where they are currently working on a large... Regulatory initiative for the organization. In order for the Test Lead to be successful in this role they must have Business Analyst experience and be comfortable gathering air-tight requirements, excellent communication across any level in an organization and the ability to build out proper test plans. This will be someone who knows how to test software in an Application Development environment. This person will define structure around the testing, help navigate the team on how to test, and execute on the testing.
