Job Description
Insight Global is hiring Workday Payroll Integration Testers to support a large global payroll transformation program. Workday Payroll Integration Testers will support regional payroll testing by executing high-volume test scripts, processing Workday transactions that drive payroll outputs, running and validating Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) integrations and manual interface steps, and documenting results. The role includes logging clear defects in Jira with supporting evidence, retesting fixes, and providing daily execution updates to the Test Lead to keep testing on schedule across markets.

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience executing Workday HCM or payroll‑related testing in enterprise environments
Hands‑on experience with System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing, or end‑to‑end testing for HR or payroll systems
Hands-on experience processing Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) and payroll transactions
Experience using Jira or similar tools for defect logging, retesting, and execution tracking
Exposure to payroll integrations testing including transactions, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB)
Experience validating pay‑impacting data, including job changes, compensation updates, one‑time payments, and effective dating
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Familiarity with Payroll Effective Change Interface (PECI) or payroll extract validation
Experience supporting multi‑country or regional payroll testing
