Insight Global is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Receptionist / Accounts Payable Administrator to support a leading construction company in Austin, TX (near Highway 71 and Mopac). This is a 3-month temporary role with the potential for extension or permanent placement. The ideal candidate will be punctual, organized, and comfortable in a casual yet professional environment. You’ll manage front desk responsibilities while assisting with AP data entry and administrative tasks. If you’re ready to start ASAP and thrive in a dynamic setting, this is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both administrative and accounting functions.

Required Skills & Experience
• 1+ years of receptionist or administrative experience.
• 1+ years of AP or accounting experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn proprietary systems.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Reliable transportation for occasional errands.
