Insight Global is seeking a Vendor Onboarding Specialist within its Facilities Hub team, which supports clients with geographically dispersed portfolios. This role centers on vendor sourcing,... outreach, and onboarding, while also assisting with contract compliance and administrative coordination. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable with phone communication and online tools, thriving in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.Primary duties? High-volume outbound calling to vendors? Persuading vendors to join our program? Following up to collect required documents (insurance, compliance, etc.)? Handing off completed vendor packages to internal teams*Not a sourcing or administrative HR role ? this is a sales-style outreach and onboarding role with compliance follow-through.Compensation: $18/hr to $22/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance.
