Insight Global is seeking a Materials Engineer to help support a client in East Hartford, CT. This role supports product environmental compliance for Pratt & Whitney engine programs, with a focus on... regulated materials, customer deliverables, and data accuracy. The engineer will be office based and will work on a computer to deal with customers. Responsibilities include supporting engine program deliverables tied to environmental regulations and contractual obligations. The role works closely with internal engineering teams, supply chain partners, suppliers, and formulators to gather, validate, and maintain safety and materials data. A key function of this position is identifying hazardous materials within engine manuals and consumables and confirming whether those materials are compliant with country-specific regulations. The engineer will help translate complex regulatory requirements into clear, customer-ready documentation.
