Job Description
We are seeking an Engineering Project Manager (EPM) to lead and manage the engineering scope of EPC projects supporting industrial and advanced manufacturing facilities. This role is accountable for technical integrity, engineering execution, and coordination across disciplines to ensure designs are safe, compliant, constructible, and aligned with cost and schedule objectives. The Engineering Project Manager will serve as the technical point of contact for clients, vendors, and subcontractors and will partner closely with the Project Manager, who owns overall project delivery and commercial responsibilities.

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering
• Professional Engineer (PE) license (Mechanical or Chemical)
• 7–10+ years of progressive engineering experience in EPC, industrial, or manufacturing project environments
• Strong experience leading engineering execution on multidisciplinary projects
• Experience developing and reviewing engineering deliverables, including PFDs, P&IDs, and technical calculations
• Knowledge of applicable codes, standards, and safety requirements for industrial facilities
• Ability to interface effectively with clients, vendors, construction teams, and internal stakeholders
• Willingness to work in both office and construction site environments, with periodic travel
Familiarity with tools such as Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar platforms
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Background supporting process-driven, chemical, or advanced manufacturing facilities
• Experience with rotating and static equipment, piping systems, utilities, and equipment layout
• Field experience supporting construction, commissioning, or startup activities
Experience mentoring junior engineers or providing technical leadership on projects
