Job Description:Insight Global is seeking a Business Development Coordinator for a top infrastructure and airport development client. This individual will support the Business Development team by... coordinating RFP efforts, assisting with conferences and industry events, maintaining critical business development resources, and compiling market and performance data to support strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, adaptable to changing priorities, and comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, professional office environment. Coordinate end-to-end RFP processes, including tracking opportunities, timelines, and submission materials? Support conference planning, industry events, and award submissions? Assist in preparing presentations, business reviews, and internal resources? Maintain and update contact databases, trackers, and reporting tools? Track budgets and assist with invoices related to travel, conferences, and business development activities? Compile and analyze business, market, and competitor data, including traffic trends and performance metrics? Support FOIA requests by coordinating with legal, tracking requests, and organizing data?
