The Controls Integration Technician will be responsible for managing and maintaining server health, ensuring the proper functioning of Metasys (proprietary software) in a critical environment, and providing support to their pharmaceutical customer's administrators. This role involves remote work with occasional on-site visits to downtown Indy in the customer's server room, primarily focusing on server installs and health checks.

-Windows OS Experience: Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting Windows operating systems.
