More FL to lead and work on various Structural Engineer and Industrial/ Water Treatment projects. The client is also willing to entertain fully remote candidate within the EST time zone. Responsibilities include: *Prepare calculations determining building dead, live, hydraulic, wind, and seismic loads. *Prepare construction specifications. *Determine member stresses and sizes using structural analysis programs and back-check results using manual calculations. *Design concrete walls, foundations, and slabs for buildings, tanks, and miscellaneous structures using ACI 350. *Design foundations and steel frames for pipe racks, stairs, equipment platforms, etc. *Generate engineering drawings. *Coordinate requirements of structural systems with the architect, HVAC engineers, plumbing engineers, electrical engineers, and process engineers. *Provide technical support during construction for all activities by responding to RFI's and reviewing shop drawings. *Provide technical guidance to designers and less experienced engineers. *Execute projects varying in size with a focus on projects of larger scope and/or higher technical complexity. *Ensure the quality of design documents. *Reinforce an atmosphere of safety and a commitment to design excellence. *Complete Quality Management Training and comply with the program upholding a commitment to a culture of quality in all aspects of work. *Work directly with clients to define project requirements and deliver appropriate solutions to meet the stated needs based on a defined budget and schedule. Sr. Remediation Engineer

Technical leadership for hazardous waste remediation under CERCLA and RCRA programs throughout the project life cycle, focusing on exit strategy and remedy implementation and completion. ? Subject matter expertise (SME) in one or more specific areas of remedial engineering, geology, or chemistry (e.g., site optimization, vapor intrusion/vapor migration, critical process analysis, risk and exposure assessment, HRSC, biological processes, PFAS, treatment system upgrades, and technology advancements, etc.). ? Demonstration of SME for the analysis, design, installation, and operation of treatment strategies for waste materials in soil, groundwater, air, sediment, drinking water, and providing engineering and scientific expertise to protect human health and the environment. ? Provide definitive knowledge of site investigation and remediation technology, HRSC technology providers and services, products, vendors, subcontractors, lab scale/bench scale testing firms, and other subcontractors, consultants, and team partners to create robust teams for complex problems. ? Ability to understand and drive Risk Management for remediation strategies, including development of Risk Registers, Risk Monitoring Plans, contingent activities, and Contingency Plans. ? Provide overall site management for both proposed and existing sites, including development of technical remediation approach, cost estimation, schedule development, identification of critical milestones, planning, reporting, and formal project management. ? Provide input and develop written technical reports for delivery to clients, perform quality control reviews, and maintain deliverables of high quality to meet internal and client requirements. ? Independently manage tasks and work with other Project/Program Managers on various environmental projects. ? Provide direction, instruction, training, and leadership to support staff as a mentor for your work/sites. ? Perform background research, gather information, and interpret laboratory and field data to support technical activities. Evaluate data reports and draw comparison of results with similar analysis. ? Attend site visits, observe, and evaluate client programs and activities. ? Follow organization policies and systems for purchasing, procurement, project management and reporting, business development, and marketing, and project financial status reporting to management. ? Remain highly cognizant of environmental regulations and new requirements in the U.S. ? Interact with clients and regulatory agencies as needed to support site work. Compensation: $140K to $160K per year annual salary.Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
