This role is school-based only and focuses on collaboration with educators and related service providers rather than clinic-style ABA.Key ResponsibilitiesStudent SupportConduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)Implement and monitor evidence-based behavior strategies appropriate for a school settingSupport students with minimal to no verbal communication using positive, proactive approachesFocus on regulation, transitions, classroom readiness, and functional communicationCollaborationWork closely with classroom staff and related service providers (OT, SLP)Provide hands-on coaching and modeling for classroom staffParticipate in team meetings and contribute to individualized education planning as neededPartner with families to ensure consistency and carryover of strategiesData & OversightCollect and analyze behavior data to monitor progress and inform decision-makingAdjust interventions based on student response and developmental needsEnsure documentation aligns with ethical and professional standardsWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
