The ideal candidate will be a licensed Physical Therapist with a strong background in managing clinical operations. This role involves overseeing the daily operations of our clinic, managing a team of Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Speech Pathologists, as well as ensuring the highest standards of care for our residents. This person will also be a pivotal player of helping grow the business further and will foster a collaborative partnership with the owner.
