This role will be required to analyze complex data sets to extract meaningful insights and drive business decisions as well as bridge gaps between technical expertise and business strategy by... collecting, cleaning, and interpreting data. Developing predictive models and communicating results and findings to stakeholders. The role will be required to collect, review, analyze, update and maintain a series of databases to generate reports. Ensure data integrity of internal databases. Be able to analyze data for inconsistencies, error, and repair data sets. Draft weekly and quarterly reports associated with evolving datasets. The position will also be responsible for leading a team of Data Scientist. Responsibilities include hosting team meetings, conducting continuous improvement activities through training, 1:1s, and individual performance reviews.
