This role focuses on discovery and delivery for specific community user journeys, working closely with product, editorial, engineering, and community partners.You?ll contribute to features that drive participation and quality interactions while building requirements and measurement designed to scale across multiple products and experiences.Job ResponsibilitiesPartner closely with community, editorial, design, and engineering teams to build and improve community features such as comments, forums, live discussions, events, and creator or member tools.Lead discovery and delivery for specific community-related user journeys, from ideation through launch and iteration.Synthesize user needs, business goals, and data insights into clear, actionable product requirements.Use experimentation, analytics, and qualitative feedback to inform prioritization and product decisions.Write clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria to support efficient execution.Build and maintain a prioritized backlog of community feature requests and enhancements.Partner with external vendors as needed to advocate for bug fixes, feature improvements, and timely delivery.Collaborate with engineering to ensure seamless integrations and reliable data flows across systems.Help define and track success metrics focused on engagement, participation, retention, and quality of interaction.Communicate priorities, tradeoffs, and progress to cross-functional stakeholders.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
