OverviewWe are seeking a contracted Documentation Content Specialist/Graphic Designer to support our Instructional Design team by cleaning up, standardizing, and organizing customer-facing... documentation. This role will focus on improving the consistency, usability, and visual quality of existing tools, SOPs, and job aids that currently vary in format, branding, and complexity.This is a remote, short-term engagement supporting onboarding and enablement programs for customer-facing teams (Sales, Customer Support, Academy).
