The ideal candidate will be high energy and able to adapt in a dynamic environment and will work well as a team.The Commercial Building Maintenance Engineer is required to support all functions of building operations, for a company owned office portfolio in Vienna, VA, including HVAC, light plumbing and electrical repairs, contractor supervision, and operating efficiencies. The ability to multi-task, move quickly from work order to work order and thrive in a team environment is critical.Essential Job Functions:? Responsible for ensuring the cost effective, environmentally sound, and sustainable design and maintenance of engineering services in the building?
