The Environmental Services (EVS) Supervisor is responsible for leading and overseeing EVS operations during the evening and overnight hours. This role focuses on staff supervision, training,... auditing, communication with leadership, and ensuring service expectations are consistently met across the facility.The ideal candidate is a steady, professional leader who can effectively manage teams across multiple shifts, communicate clearly with hospital partners, and maintain a calm, respectful work environment.- Supervise and support a team of approximately 10 EVS staff members, plus 1 PM staff member on graveyard shift- Weekend staffing includes 4 staff members on afternoons and 1 on graveyard- Provide direction, coaching, and accountability to EVS staff- Maintain a calm, professional presence and foster a respectful, drama-free work environment- Partner closely with a strong Day Shift EVS Supervisor to ensure continuity of operations- Train and onboard EVS staff as needed- Conduct quality audits and leadership audits- Maintain clear communication with leadership regarding performance and priorities- Work closely with EVS leadership to maintain compliance with hospital standardsPay rate ~$30/hrWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
