Job DescriptionThe Director of Data Engineering and Integration Services is responsible for leading the architecture, development, and operation of Central Health System?s enterprise data platforms,... including the Snowflake cloud environment and legacy SQL Server systems. This role owns the end-to-end design and delivery of scalable, secure data pipelines that integrate data across EHRs, claims, financial systems, and external partners. The Director ensures all data is properly modeled, governed, and accessible to support analytics, reporting, data science, and operational workflows. They provide strategic leadership for a multi-year migration from on-prem and hybrid SQL Server environments to Snowflake while maintaining continuity for critical reporting and clinical use cases.
