Job DescriptionInsight Global is seeking a Project Coordinator to support technology and infrastructure initiatives within a local government environment. This is an opportunity supporting... high-visibility projects across multiple departments. Day to day, this role supports Project Managers by coordinating meetings, taking notes, tracking action items, updating timelines, and helping maintain overall project status across multiple initiatives. The Project Coordinator will also support the buildout and ongoing enhancement of OpenGov applications, including permitting and licensing systems, capital budget tools, and project management platforms. This includes assisting with coordination around requirements gathering, documentation, testing, and go-live activities, while working closely with internal teams, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
