Perform computer data entry from patient questionnaires, laboratory reports, messages, provider visit forms, and other sources. Conduct data searches and generate reports according to established schedules and procedures. Print and mail letters and information packets to patients. Make follow-up telephone calls to patients regarding return of questionnaires, completion of lab testing, and scheduling of appointments recommended by the patient?s provider, Care Coordinator, or Care Manager. Answer patient telephone calls and triage to the appropriate Provider, Care Coordinator, or Care Manager. Call in pharmacy refills as assigned. Retrieve lab results from RMS and enter into department-based computer tracking systems. Maintain pre-established inventory levels of computer, office, and medical supplies at designated care locations. Execute changes in patient data fields in the computer program per instruction of the Provider, RN Care Coordinator, or Case Manager. Our client is seeking a Site Superintendent to join their federal team for a project at Joint Base Lewis-McChord in support of work related to mechanical systems. ? Supervise the field construction... process of assigned projects in accordance with the plans and specifications, to ensure that each phase of the work is completed on schedule, within the budget, and with the quality workmanship expected by the company and the customer ? Supervise, inspect, review, record, and report on all site construction-related activity, ensuring that the assigned subcontractors perform their work on schedule. May supervise one or more projects simultaneously.? Understand and develop means and methods for the construction/installation requirements of the assigned projects (in conjunction with Project Manager).? Assist Project Manager in the development of Quality Control plans.? Compile Operations and maintenance documents and assemble into operation and maintenance submittals.? Assist in the creation of as-built documentation.? Assist with quality control functions per contract (COE) requirements (submittal reviews, daily reports, preparatory meetings and other quality control program features) to ensure project document controls are in compliance with contract requirements.? Enforce, facilitate and follow Company and contract safety requirements. Assist with SSHO functions per company standard practices and per contract (COE) requirement if required per the position. ? Schedule and plan work tasks, monitor progress of work with schedule updates (in conjunction with Project Manager)? Prepare budgets and forecasts (in conjunction with Project Manager)? Coordinate inspections, verifications, tests, and other contractual requirements with client.? Participate in regular project/site meetings with subcontractors, architects, engineers, client representatives and other groups.? Direct and coordinate subcontractor activities.? Is the primary management team member on the site on a day-to-day basis to identify and correct issues or deficiencies and/or escalate issues and deficiencies up the management chain to Project Manager and/or regional management.? Conducts self-study (reading, research and practice) to improve and maintain technical proficiency in company's product lines.
