The ideal candidate will be highly organized, safety-focused, and capable of troubleshooting production challenges.Responsibilities:?Conduct regular quality checks to ensure the production process is consistently creating products that meet or exceed quality standards.?Monitor the flow of parts through the production line and identify bottlenecks or constraints.?Assess how many parts are going into and coming out of the constrained processes, ensuring smooth and continuous flow.?Collaborate with the team to mitigate constraints and improve throughput efficiency.?Provide detailed end-of-shift reports, summarizing production metrics, quality issues, and any operational concerns.?Administer or oversee preventative maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of production equipment and reduce downtime.?Lead or assist with scheduling and executing preventative maintenance activities on production equipment.?Lead daily or weekly team meetings to review production goals, safety updates, and operational concerns.?Champion safety practices within the team, ensuring that all workers are following company protocols and maintaining a safe work environment.?Provide training, guidance, and support to the production team as needed to foster a collaborative and efficient work environment.Compensation Starting At: $30 Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
