The Facility Engineer executes and delivers annual capital expenditure projects across our facility portfolio. This role manages the complete project lifecycle from design through closeout, ensuring... infrastructure improvements are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute the annual capital expenditure plan, delivering multiple concurrent infrastructure projects including HVAC replacements, electrical upgrades, roof replacements, building envelope improvements, and major equipment installations. Manage all phases of project delivery from design development through construction closeout and commissioning. Oversee contractors and construction teams to ensure work meets specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements. Control project budgets and schedules, proactively addressing issues to keep projects on track. Coordinate project activities to minimize disruption to facility operations and building occupants. Review shop drawings, RFIs, and change orders for technical accuracy and cost impact. Conduct site inspections and quality control throughout construction to verify compliance with plans and specifications. Manage project closeout including punch lists, as-built documentation, warranty collection, and final acceptance.
