A client of Insight Global is seeking an Agile Coach / Scrum Master to support a 6-month engagement in Orlando, FL. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate Agile... ceremonies, remove impediments, and ensure teams are following Scrum best practices while delivering value through the ServiceNow platform.The Scrum Master will guide teams through the ServiceNow SDLC, partner with stakeholders to improve delivery processes, and help drive continuous improvement across Agile practices. This role requires a hands-on servant leader who is comfortable coaching teams, collaborating with technical and business partners, and working onsite four days per week.The ideal candidate has 1?2 years of Scrum Master experience, specifically within ServiceNow environments, and is eager to contribute immediately in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.
