We are looking to add an entry level Electrical BIM Coordinator to our clients Building Engineered Services team. This business group is responsible for designing highly integrated and advanced... building systems by combining all disciplines of engineering to deliver these high-performance buildings such as data centers and healthcare facilities. While working under the guidance of a BIM Lead, this candidate will help with the creation of the Electrical BIM model, systems, content and delivery output. Other responsibilities include: ? About 90% of time spent heads down doing design in Revit, other small percent will be CAD work ? Accurately model BIM elements in the correct special constraints of the modeling environment, using Revit, Civil 3D, or other 3D software? Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, & diagrams of the electrical design using Revit or other 3D software?
