Insight Global is hiring Oracle Fusion HCM Senior Consultants to support multiple functional workstreams, including Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, and Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC). Qualified... candidates should have strong experience across at least two of these modules. These roles are part of a growing Oracle HCM Cloud program with immediate demand and long-term roadmap. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients while delivering high-quality functional solutions aligned with Oracle best practices. You should be comfortable designing process flows, customizing approvals, and integrating with enterprise systems.
