Maintain, test, and repair transformers and associated electrical equipment? Test and calibrate solid-state and electromechanical protective relays, including relay calibration and power metering? Conduct low- and medium-voltage motor control center (MCC) and contactor testing? Start up, troubleshoot, and repair generator controls and transfer schemes? Troubleshoot and service automatic transfer switches (ATS)? Test and commission protection and control systems for high-voltage substations? Perform insulating fluid sampling and analyze test resultsLeadership & Project Coordination? Supervise Trainees, Assistants, and Technicians in the execution of electrical testing activities? Assign project tasks based on technician skill level and ensure consistent execution across similar testing scopes? Observe and verify testing procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance? Track project scope completion and communicate progress, risks, and changes with leadership and customer managementSafety, Compliance & Documentation?
