More direction on numerous project(s) but primarily be supporting a large heavy civil project in greater DC metro area. They will establish project objectives through planning and budgets, serves as the primary point of contact with the client, and monitors construction and financial activities in collaboration with the Superintendent. They will be fully responsible for the financial results of the project as well as for safety measures, ensuring that all phases of the job are being completed in a safe manner. Specifically, this individual will be managing preconstruction duties (planning/budgeting/scheduling), coordinating start up, managing costs and schedules, submitting technical reports, and working directly with the client to ensure all milestones are being met.
