The successful candidate will serve as the primary liaison between customer business users and the technical team, driving the elicitation, analysis, documentation, and implementation of requirements for CAD system enhancements and maintenance. Local candidates with strong business analysis skills and CAD expertise are highly preferred. This will involve Propose and design solutions to address business needs, balancing usability, performance, and technical feasibility. This will involve coordinating with developers, testers, and other technical team members to ensure requirements are accurately translated into system changes or enhancements. This will also include facilitating user acceptance testing (UAT), including developing test scenarios, supporting testing efforts, and ensuring solutions meet customer?s expectations. You will act as a trusted advisor to the stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations to optimize CAD system functionality.
