This includes coordinating and communicating mechanical design efforts across disciplines and ensuring seamless integration with architectural, electrical, and other engineering teams.As a senior leader, you?ll oversee and mentor junior mechanical engineers, designers, and commissioning staff?providing technical guidance, conducting quality control reviews, and ensuring designs comply with applicable codes, standards, and internal QA/QC procedures. You?ll be responsible for preparing and reviewing mechanical deliverables, including programming documents, schematic designs, design development packages, and construction documents.The role supports projects through bidding, construction, and close-out phases. You?ll assist with bid reviews and addenda, respond to RFIs, review submittals and shop drawings, participate in site visits, and represent the firm during construction as needed. You?ll also support commissioning efforts by preparing proposals, plans, and reports; conducting project reviews; witnessing pre-functional checks and functional performance testing; and developing O&M and OMSI documentation to ensure systems perform as intended well beyond project completion.Benefits:- 3 weeks PTO- 8 holidays- 100% medical - Performance based bonuses ($0-$20,000 annually) Compensation: $110,000- $180,000 annually.
