The key responsibilities of this role are to monitor and support physical security systems (Genetec access control, video surveillance) and facility management platforms (Continuum, ScheduAll, EPMS, TripShot). Additionally, this SRE will maintain integrations with third-party solutions via APIs and SQL reporting, perform system upgrades, patching, and daily health checks; troubleshoot and escalate issues as needed and create metrics reports and ensure compliance with best practices for testing, documentation, and deployment.
