You will be responsible for managing integration plans, collaborating with departments such as HR and IT, and ensuring alignment with corporate roadmaps.Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end post-merger integration initiatives, including planning, execution, and reporting. Develop and maintain integration playbooks to define and evolve the Integration Management Office (IMO) structure, roles, and processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, IT, Finance, Legal) to assess due diligence findings and translate them into actionable integration plans. Work independently to manage integration efforts, often as the sole lead, while maintaining alignment with global business objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives, while handling sensitive information with discretion. Represent integration frameworks and progress in executive-level meetings and steering committees. Navigate and manage data rooms, ensuring structured documentation and secure access.
