We are searching for a Construction Quality Assurance Inspector to support vertical construction work at Watervliet Arsenal, NY. This individual will be supporting a vertical construction project for... a new fire house on the installation ($35M+). Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Review contractors' quality management and control procedures on large military installations and report findings to the Contracting Officer's Representative.- Attend and participate in the 3-Phase Inspection process.Observe and investigate construction to identify major problems and report findings to the Contracting Officer's Representative.- Evaluate contractor questions and RFIs/RFCs and recommend solutions to the Contracting Officer's Representative.- Assist Contracting Officer's Representative in drafting letters to contractor explaining deficiencies found and corrections necessary.- Review contractor?s records of work accomplished, and materials used and report findings to the Contracting Officer's Representative.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
