Take full ownership of consumer growth outcomes, including customer retention and high growth rates (at least 2x year over year) across multiple regions, cost optimization, forecasting demand, and supply chain coordination.? Analyze consumer market trends, competitive intelligence, and user feedback to refine product offerings and enhance the end-to-end customer experience from onboarding to support.? Partner with engineering and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of hardware (e.g., user terminals) and software features that meet consumer needs for speed, reliability, and affordability.? Drive growth initiatives, such as partnerships to broaden distribution channels and accelerate consumer adoption, marketing and advertising efforts, integration of government subsidy programs? Own the end-to-end consumer growth P&L in assigned regions: acquisition ? activation ? retention, including pricing/packaging, promotions, and churn levers.?
