The Operations Support Analyst must be able to interpret crude trading contracts; which involves the detailed analysis of crude oil purchases and sales with Shell Affiliates and third parties, understand pipeline logistics. Duties include resolving any volumetric or pricing issues to the net settling of all domestic and international crude oil sales and purchases, pipeline and trucking contracts. This role can be measured through the following accountabilities:?
