The intake team is an integral part of a thriving firm and works closely with a variety of practice areas. Day to Day:Conducting phone, email/text, and occasional in-person interviews with potential new clients to understand their story, and document accurately the details of the potential matter.Managing dozens of potential client files through a defined workflow, from initial contact through to potential retention or decline.
