We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Field Service Technician to support healthcare clients across the greater Kansas City area. This unique role is based in Missouri and involves servicing... infant security systems and related low-voltage technologies in hospitals and long-term care facilities. The technician will be part of a collaborative team of field service professionals covering the western region.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of low-voltage systems (12?24V AC/DC), including RFID and access control technologies.Service healthcare facilities including hospitals and nursing homes (approx. 50/50 split).Travel to client sites within a 3-hour radius; occasional flights for extended support.Manage service calls, courtesy visits, inspections, and remote support as needed.Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.Work independently with flexible hours (average 6-hour days, some up to 12 hours).Guarantee of 40 hours/week with a minimum of 10% annual overtime.Expense hotel stays and mileage when applicable; company card provided.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
