This individual must assure that equipment is being maintained in any energy efficient, safe manner, and down time is reduced to a minimum by anticipation of necessary repairs and keeping records of past operating experiences. You will be expected to perform inspections and repairs to assigned property interior and exterior areas, including wars and flooring, installed fixture, roofing systems, lighting etc. You will be given a company van, work cell phone, uniform, and equipment as needed to perform job functions. Administrative Tasks?Submit P-card Receipts Daily ?Update work order status in real time ?Utilize CMMS systems such as Corrigo for all work performed. ?Perform Vehicle Safety Inspection ?Escalating problems or issues to Customer and Manager in a timely manner ?Attend work and safety meetings as required ?Any and all other duties and tasks assigned. This to include building automation systems, fire / life safety systems, and any other building related equipment.?Comply with all safety procedures, maintaining good housekeeping and safety of work areas. Responsible for understanding the pension business needs of the client and identifying how best to meet those needs. This includes working with the business and the technology areas to gather requirements for development and management.
