This position will play a critical role in the client?s business transformation journey... which involves migration from legacy systems to industry 4.0 and enterprise digital systems like MES, LIMS, MAM, QMS in the Make-to-Order process domain. The Analyst will play a key role in identifying business requirements, analyzing current state business processes and systems, mapping requirements to future state system capabilities, and configuring, training, implementing, and supporting enterprise solutions. The role will also be responsible for maintaining/supporting our legacy systems in the interim state and enhancing/maintaining future state systems post project implementation for reliable functional performance, conducting root cause & corrective actions, and working with business stakeholders and IT teams to drive improvements.The ideal candidate will have a previous background in the manufacturing industry and hands-on experience with at least one MES project implementation. This will be a hybrid position (4 days in office, 1 remote) in Woburn, MA.
