The Project Engineer - Infrastructure reports to the Engineering Manager ? Infrastructure carrying out Project Engineering tasks to support the infrastructure function of the business.?Coordinates... More Engineering input to support schedule development.?Works with department managers and others as needed for alignment, effective planning, and execution.?Works with the engineering department and project managers as needed to ensure they understand and adhere to the schedule including those activities required of Engineering to support procurement.?Coordinates and monitors schedule updates and submittal.?Coordinates with clients, internal and external, and managers to determine design codes and establish overall design criteria for the project.?Oversees all work is performed in accordance with the approved manuals and procedures.?Ensures engineering stays within scope and as-sold intent of the project, including items such as interpretation of scope, assisting in identifying budget deviations, determining potential for change orders, and coordinating the cost estimate / schedule impact with managers.?Implements approved project changes and associated schedule impact for the project and communication of changes to the managers.?Verifies project quality processes are being followed.?Holds reoccurring design coordination meetings as needed with the project team to ensure coordination and that all departments work in conjunction with one another.?Coordinates with Project Management and Procurement to establish proper document distribution to internal and external stakeholders.?Coordinates engineering field support, field communication, through the utilization of the RFI system.?Reviews and provide engineering input in support of the weekly and monthly reports on the status and projects of the contracts, including project costs and potential changes.?Participates in project review meetings?Performs other responsibilities as required or assigned.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
